RISK MANAGEMENT AUDIT (BIZSAFE LEVELS 3 & 4, BIZSAFE PARTNER & BIZSAFE STAR)
The objective of a Risk Management Audit is to assess an organization’s compliance with WSH (Risk Management) Regulations, Code of Practice on WSH Risk Management and bizSAFE Level 3 Requirements.
This audit is applicable to those organizations who wish to apply for or renew their bizSAFE Levels 3 & 4, bizSAFE Partner and bizSAFE STAR.
The audit will be conducted by SAC Accredited WSH Auditors employed by SAC Accredited WSH Auditing Organizations.
The audit covers document review, site inspection on verifying implementation of risk control measures and interview of key personnel. Documents such as training certificates, WSH Policy, risk management procedure, risk assessment report, safe work procedure and related communication records will be checked during the audit.
